HamCall Auction Rules and Guidelines

• Type your e-mail address carefully! We will automatically e-mail you a bid confirmation. If we get bounced mail from your address, we reserve the right to award the auction to the next highest bidder.
• Whoever is the highest bidder at the ending time wins the item. Bid amounts are in US dollars. The winner will receive notification by e-mail.
• The winner's Visa/Mastercard/Discover number is required by close of business (17:00 Eastern time) on the next work day. Your credit card information is protected and never available to outside sources.
• $5 ($8 outside the U.S.) shipping/handling is added to the winning bid price. The shipping/handling charge is per order, so if you win more than one item your shipping cost will not increase.
• The HamCall CD shipped will be the current production disc at the time of a winning bid.
• Winners of HamCall CD-ROMs receive a CD identical to the full-price product, including an Internet services password.
• Abuse or misuse of the Auction may lead to suspending or terminating your access to our site. Fraudulent or deceptive bidding is a violation of Federal Trade laws and will be turned over to proper authorities.
