Buckmaster Antenna Return Form
So that we know what to do with your antenna when we receive it, please fill out this form, print it, and include it in the package with your antenna.

Troubleshooting:
We very rarely receive an antenna back that is defective. Please double-check the following items to save time and money in returning your antenna:

  • Test the coax with a dummy load. Coax connectors are the most common cause of problems.
  • Is the antenna erected at too steep of an angle? It should be between 120 and 180 ("flat top") degrees. If it looks like a Christmas tree /\ as viewed from the side, the angle is too steep!
  • Examine the surroundings for lengths of metal that could be resonant on a ham band, and move them or the antenna. Vary the feedline length 10 to 15 feet at the transmitter.
